Health Career Connections introduces high school students to a variety of healthcare professions. These one-week programs include:

- Presentations by healthcare professionals
- Interactive projects and group activities

Health Career Connections is open to high school students. College credit is available.
Behavioral Health Career Connections
Behavioral Health Career Connections is designed for students, age 16 and older, to explore career pathways in the field of behavioral health.
Students learn about key topics in behavioral health including wellness, abuse, neglect, addiction, grief, stress and mental health while discovering career paths within the field.
The program includes:
- Exposure to behavioral health care careers (certificate to doctorate)
- Site visits
- Presentations by behavioral health professionals
- Industry recognized training or credential relating to behavioral health
- Interactive projects and group activities
Participants can earn one University of Alaska credit for this class.
